The School Day

The school day starts at 08:45. This means children need to be in school BEFORE 08:45 in order to make the most of their learning. If your child walks to school on their own, make sure they leave with plenty of time to get to school; and remind them to hurry!

Fond Farewell

Rumana Rafique is leaving us, today, to start her maternity leave ahead of the birth of her new child. I am sure that you will join us in wishing her well and telling her how much she will be missed for the next few months. We look forward to welcoming her back towards the end of the school year and, of course, to meeting the new baby.

European Languages Day

Thank you to all parents and children who brought their European language into school on Monday. There were some brilliant stories that children (and staff) absolutely loved. We can’t wait to repeat the experience next term, with a wider range of languages.

Harvest Time

We are starting collections for our harvest assembly. Please bring dried, canned and bottled goods into school before October 10th. If you are unsure about a food stuff, please check with the office.

Breakfast Club

We still offer a breakfast club EVERY DAY. The club remains free of charge, but we welcome voluntary donations. Remember that we provide a healthy breakfast for your child so all you need to do is to bring them to school any time from 7:30-8:15am.

Nursery Parents

Please ensure that any children arriving on a scooter walk within the school grounds. This is for the safety of all children. If it takes a few more moments to cover the ground, it will be worth it to keep children safe.

FOP news

Everyone is really welcome and refreshments are always provided. We are still short of class reps in Reception, Years 3 and 4 and Year 6.  Please consider if you could spare some time occasionally to support your children's class and the school. Please get in touch - contact details below.
